The Azusa City Council has adopted a Filming Ordinance which provides regulations for the filming, videotaping, digitally capturing, photographing, or other similar processes conducted for the making of motion pictures, television programs, commercials, and non-theatrical productions.
The decision to issue a permit is vested in the discretion of the City of Azusa.
