The Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program provides grants to Bangladeshi scholars to conduct post-doctoral research at U.S. institutions from an academic semester to a full academic year.
Typical application period: September through December every year.

Study of the U.S. Institutes (SUSI) for Scholars
The Study of the U.S. Institutes (SUSIs) for Scholars are intensive post-graduate level academic programs with integrated study tours, whose purpose is to provide foreign university faculty and other scholars the opportunity to deepen their understanding of U.S. society, culture, values, and institutions.

Fulbright Specialists Program
The Fulbright Specialist Program sends U.S. faculty and professionals to serve as expert consultants on curriculum, faculty development, institutional planning, and related subjects at overseas academic institutions for a period of 2 to 6 weeks.
Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program
The Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program sends American scholars and professionals to countries where they lecture and/or conduct research in a wide variety of academic and professional fields.
