tuition and related academic fees; a monthly stipend for room, board, and incidental expenses; a book allowance; health and accident insurance, travel, and baggage allowances.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Eligibility<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicants must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have at least a four-year bachelor\u2019s degree, with an outstanding academic record from an accredited public or private university in Bangladesh.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Not<\/strong>have a degree from a U.S. university, or be enrolled in a current degree program in the United States.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Not<\/strong>hold a master\u2019s degree from any third country (those holding Bangladeshi Master\u2019s degrees are still eligible.)<\/li>\n<li>Have at least two years full-time professional experience relevant to the proposed field of study.<\/li>\n<li>Be fluent in English with a minimum iBT TOEFL score of 90 \/ IELTS 7.0.<\/li>\n<li>Be in good health.<\/li>\n<li>Be a Bangladeshi citizen residing in Bangladesh at the time of application.<\/li>\n<li>Be willing to refund the cost of a return ticket if they return home before completion of the degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Application Package<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A completed online application, available at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/apply.iie.org\/ffsp2022\">https:\/\/apply.iie.org\/ffsp2022<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Academic Transcriptsand\u00a0Certificates\u00a0from each post-secondary institution attended (Bachelor\u2019s and Master\u2019s).<\/li>\n<li>Three Letters of Reference submitted and uploaded by the referees onto the online application portal (Prospective candidates must register their referees through the \u201cRecommender Registration\u201d button on the online application site).<\/li>\n<li>Academic Records InformationForm\u00a0(available on the online application site).<\/li>\n<li>Valid TOEFL \/ IELTS score.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If you experience any difficulties with navigating the online application, please contact Program Manager Ms. Raihana Sultana at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:sultanar1@state.gov.\">sultanar1@state.gov.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Please note a competitive GRE or GMAT score is required for admission to a master\u2019s degree program in the United States.\u00a0 If applicants have successfully obtained a competitive score, this information should be included in the online application.\u00a0\u00a0<strong>If such a score is not available at the time of submitting the application, the American Center can arrange testing for preliminarily selected candidates only.<\/strong>\u00a0 Prospective candidates must prepare well in advance for standardized tests (TOEFL\/GRE\/GMAT) since a competitive score is crucial for admission.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants must follow all application instructions and submission guidelines.\u00a0 Applications that do not meet the eligibility requirements will not be forwarded to the selection committee.\u00a0 Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview and the interview will be conducted in English.
