The U.S. Embassy and Consulates in Canada are not able to provide assistance with Social Security services. Unfortunately, we cannot respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person regarding Social Security matters.

- Contact your nearest Federal Benefits Unit (FBU). Visit www.ssa.gov/foreign/foreign.htm for a list of FBUs.
- Contact the National Teleservice Center at 1-800-772-1213.
- Contact the International Call Center at 1-410-965-0160.
