RCMS Product Overview

RCMS is a cost accounting and reporting system used on USEPA removal sites to track costs and usage of personnel, equipment, subcontractors, inventory items and purchases. The RCMS system generates the standard USEPA form 1900-55. The program features line item accounting functions, data integrity checks and reporting tools. RCMS is comprised of the following modules:

Cost Tracking

Utilized at removal sites to track costs and usage of personnel, equipment, subcontractors, and other field costs. Cost Tracking generates the standard USEPA form 1900-55.

Projection

Utilized to create a detailed IGCE (Independent Government Cost Estimate) using actual Contractor rates. In addition, existing sites can be projected to completion using the current data contained in the Cost Tracking module.

Invoicing

Used by the USEPA to match Contractor submitted invoices against the data entered in Cost Tracking and quickly identifies discrepancies so they can be corrected.
