Passport Renewal by Mail (DS-82 Only):

Important: The consular section only accepts online payments for DS-82 applications.

Online fee payment at Pay.Gov for DS-82: PRINT out the electronic payment confirmation email received and include it in the application package you send to the Embassy. 

Fees: $130 for a passport book. Additional $30 for a passport card.

CAUTION! Please make sure you pay the correct fee on the Overseas DS-82 U.S. Adult Passport Renewal Fee page since there are other options. Once you are on the payment page, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Continue”.

Passport Services in Person
Minors, First Adult Passport, First-Time Applicants, Lost, Stolen or Damaged Passports (DS-11 only)

Important: All payments for services MUST be paid for ahead of your appointment.  The consular section no longer accepts payments on site. 

Online fee payment at Pay.Gov for DS-11: PRINT out the electronic payment confirmation you receive via email and bring it along with your application package. For emergency passports: Use a credit card when paying on pay.gov to avoid delays.

For Notarial Services

All customers MUST pay the notarial fee ($50 USD per seal) via the pay.gov website at the time of your notarial service appointment.  Consular staff will email you payment instructions after calculating the required fee.  Please have your cell phone handy for your appointment.
