By retrieving your Temporary Password from this tool, you acknowledge and consent to protect this NASA credential from unauthorized use, disclosure, or access. This credential will expire after approximately 19 hours, after which you will have to request again as needed.

This Temporary Password may be used for Launchpad Password authentication and for NCAD application authentication if your Smartcard cannot be utilized for log in for an application.

If you suspect your password has been compromised, contact NASA SOC immediately 1-877-627-2732 to report the incident.

Warning: If you are a Windows system End User, you must remain on the NASA network or VPN for a minimum of 15 minutes after the desktop/laptop password update, and then Lock and Unlock your system to allow the new password to sync to your system.
