All in-person passport (full-validity), Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA), and notary appointments are by online appointment only. No consular appointments are made by phone or email.
It is free to make an appointment – third-party services to make appointments are not required or recommended.
For limited-validity, emergency passports for those who have immediate travel to the United States, we accept walk-ins (no appointment necessary) in both Jerusalem and Tel Aviv before 8:30AM (Monday through Friday, except for U.S. and local holidays).
Some services are available through the mail or via drop-box; please see below for more details.
A passport or CRBA applicant may be accompanied by a private attorney, interpreter, or other third party of their own choice at their own expense, to provide assistance.
