Kennedy Jr. and Office of Refugee Resettlement Acting Director Angie Salazar demanding answers about ORR's decision to place unaccompanied migrant children at Abraxas Academy in Morgantown, Pennsylvania, despite the facility's documented history of child abuse violations.
