Step Six: Select an indicator variable (default: Total for all causes)

To select multiple causes: Select the first cause with
pointer and hold the control key down while making
additional selections. To deselect, hold control key and
point to cause to be deselected. This list contains the major
causes of death. Arrows (->) designate major causes that
can be further queried by sub-causes. Coding help
references cause defintions and differences between
ICD-9 and 10 coding schemes.
