Description
Initial terms are to be staggered for one, two and three-year terms. Thereafter, the Board of Commissioners will appoint each member to a three-year term.
Purpose
The purpose of the board is to hear appeals when dogs are considered to be potentially dangerous and their owners are required to provide special accommodations for maintaining their pets.
