Description
Member must reside within the one mile limit outside of the town limits.
Purpose
Extra Territorial Jurisdiction is an area that extends no more than 1 mile outside of the town limits, in the town adopted planning authority to act as a buffer & transition between outside uses of land and those found in zoning districts within the town’s municipal limits. The Zoning Board of Adjustment and Planning Board hold a regular meeting at Town Hall at 6 p.m. every other month on even-numbered months.
