Description
Six members are appointed by the Rowan County Board of Commissioners for three-year terms. Three additional members serve in an ex-officio capacity. Generally meets bi-monthly.
Purpose
To formulate and adopt programs, policies, and regulations for the government of the library as well as make recommendations to the governing body concerning the construction and improvement of library facilities.
