From Manila to another Embassy/Consulate

Immigrant Visas: Case transfer requests for immigrant visas are now handled by the State Department’s National Visa Center (NVC).  If you wish to transfer your immigrant visa case from the U.S. Embassy in the Philippines to another Embassy/Consulate, you should directly contact NVC regarding your request through their Public Inquiry Form.

K Fiancé(e) Visas: If you wish to transfer your fiancé(e) visa case from the U.S. Embassy in the Philippines to another Embassy/Consulate, please send the receiving Embassy/Consulate a written request explaining the reason for the transfer.  The request should include evidence of your legal permission to remain in the country where you wish to process the fiancé(e) visa. Once we receive a formal request from the Embassy/Consulate in the country where you wish to apply, we will immediately forward the file for their processing.

We will also need to see evidence of your ability to remain in the Philippines during the duration of the visa process (Philippines passport, ID card, or work permit).  Submit your request and supporting documentation to the Consular Section through Manila’s Public Inquiry Form.  If we approve the transfer, we will contact the Embassy/Consulate that is currently maintaining your file to arrange for the transfer to Manila.
