U.S. citizens in Singapore may renew their passports at the U.S. Embassy Singapore through a mail in submission or an appointment.
U.S. Embassy Singapore has resumed all routine consular services, but appointments are required for all in-person services. There may be increased wait times for an appointment. Passport services are not available on weekends or on Singapore or U.S. holidays.

The DS-3053 is the Statement of Consent for Issuing a Passport to a Child and the DS-5525 is the Statement of Special Family Circumstances.
