The goal of MAC’s Arts Education Program is to promote education in and through the arts as an essential component of the learning experience for all Mississippi students. This extends beyond the classroom and into communities, as arts education provides the foundation for continued access to high-quality, lifelong arts learning and engagement opportunities. The arts are essential, and the Mississippi Arts Commission supports the benefits of the positive culture they bring to everyday life.
