1. Azusa Resident
2. 55+ of age and/or have disability

*Any person with a permanent disability under the age of 55 can also use the service, (valid LACTOA or ACCESS SERVICES Card required). A prospective rider will be asked to complete an eligibility application. At that time, you will be asked to provide proof of age and residency. For your convenience, you may fill out eligibility application online.
