Age 18 & Older
Azusa City Library Cards are free and available to the public for individuals ages 18+.
To apply, please bring the following to the library to get your free card:
Under 18 Years of Age
A parent or guardian must be present to show identity and sign for a child under the age of 18 who is applying for a library card.
My First Library Card
Students who attend Azusa schools in grades K - 6 are eligible for a My First Library Card. Cardholders may check out up to 4 books. To apply for a My First Library card, an application and a parent/guardian ID is required.
Temporary Card
Adults 18 years of age and older can apply for a free temporary library card good for 6 months with a valid photo ID. This card enables users to check out up to 3 books along with free access to library computers.
Virtual Card
For patron interested in our electronic databases and Overdrive eBooks, we now have a virtual card good for 6 months. Please note, virtual cards cannot be used to check out physical materials from the Library such as books, DVDs, or other audiovisual materials.
Replacement Cards
- Please bring the required documents from the section above. The fee to replace a lost library card is $3.

Computer Card
Computer Cards are available to adults 18 years of age and older who do not possess a valid physical ID. Patrons with a Computer Card have access to library computers (2 hours daily) and to online databases and resources such as Libby, Hoopla, Kanopy, Mango Languages, and more.
