Azusa Light and Water finds a utility partnership with its customers to be very important. To better serve its customers, Azusa Light and Water has designed a simple process for installing distributed solar photovoltaic systems.

Step One: Customer and Contractor must review and sign the California Solar Consumer Protection Guide (Guía de Protección del Consumidor de Energía Solar).
Step Two: Customer chooses a contractor to help identify system needs, cost, and complete the system design.
Step Three: Installer is required to review, sign and follow the numbered instructions in the appropriate Solar Process Flow Chart (NEM for systems 10 kW DC or less, and CEM for systems greater than 10 kW DC but less than 1 MW DC) located in the California Solar Consumer Protection Guide appendices.
Net Generation Buy-Back Rate (for systems 10 kW DC or less)
This schedule defines an incentive to customers for installation of distributed generation systems with generation capacity of 10 kW DC or less, to comply with Assembly Bill 510.
Co-Energy Metering Time-of-Use Generation Buy-Back Rate (for systems greater than 10 kW DC and less than 1.0 MW DC)
These schedules define the incentive to customers for distributed generation systems with generation capacity of greater than 10 kW DC and less than 1.0 MW DC.
