The U.S. Embassy is open from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm from Monday to Thursday and from 8:00 to 3:00 pm on Friday. Note: The U.S. Embassy is closed on Fiji and U.S. public holidays.
We welcome inquiries by mail, fax, and e-mail. If you are interested in visiting us in person, please contact us in advance to schedule an appointment.

- S. Citizen Services section is open from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, and between 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Friday.
Services that require a fee payment must be scheduled before 2:30 pm Monday through Thursday or on Friday mornings.

- Immigrant and Non-Immigrant Visa services: Visa applicants without an appointment will not be permitted to enter the Embassy. For operational hours and contact information, please click here.

The Consular Section does not provide a walk-in information service to the public.
