Regular American Citizens Services such as passport services, notary services, and consular reports of birth abroad are by appointment only. You can schedule your appointment using the Appointment System.
U.S. Embassy Kolonia encourages online fee payment for DS-11 and DS-82 passport applications. Paying online allows adult DS-82 passport applicants to mail their applications to the U.S. Embassy without visiting the embassy in person. It also reduces the time DS-11 applicants must spend at the embassy during presence-required appointments. Please see our Passport Information page for further information.

Passport services are not available on weekends or on Micronesia or U.S. holidays.
The DS-3053 is the Statement of Consent for Issuing a Passport to a Child and the DS-5525 is the Statement of Special Family Circumstances.
