This site is for the online application and management of Emergency Management Grants and Awards. This web-based portal facilitates management of the following Programs: Public Assistance (PA); Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP); Fire Management Assistance Grant (FMAG); Pre-Disaster Mitigation (PDM); Building Resilience Infrastructure and Community (BRIC) and State Disaster Reimbursement to include Mutual Aid reimbursements (i.e. TIFMAS, EMAC, etc.).
