WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Andy Harris, M.D. (MD-01), announced that four law enforcement agencies across Maryland's First Congressional District have been awarded a combined $91,069 through the U.S. Department of Justice's Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program.
