Fall 2026 Internship Program

Congresswoman Kelly Morrison's office is now accepting applications for Fall 2026 internships in both our Washington, DC and District offices.

This is a paid, in-person internship that will run during the Fall 2026 semester. Interns will gain firsthand experience in the legislative process while serving the constituents of Minnesota's Third Congressional District.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with constituent correspondence and answering phones
• Conducting research and special projects for staff
• Attending briefings, meetings, and events
• Engaging with members of the public and community stakeholders

How to Apply

Please submit a resume and cover letter to MN03Internships@mail.house.gov, and in your email subject line, please specify if you’re applying for the district office (DO) or DC office, using the following format:

Fall 2026 (DC/DO) Internship – Firstname Lastname

In your cover letter or email, please include:

• Your dates of availability
• Your anticipated weekly availability (days/hours per week)

District Office Applicants: Please also include the names and contact information for 1–2 references.

Applications for the DC internship will be reviewed on a rolling basis until all internship positions are filled. Applications for the District Office internship will close on July 29th.
