The U.S. Embassy in Paris and Consulates in Marseille and Strasbourg provide notarial services like a notary public in the United States.

However, appointment availability is extremely limited and we cannot offer emergency appointments, so it is important that you are aware of other options including online notaries for getting your documents notarized.
