The Global Entry program is a service provided by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States.  Information on qualifying and applying is available through the CBP website: Global Entry.  CBP does not conduct enrollment interviews in Hong Kong.  Applicants must interview at one of CBP’s enrollment centers in the United States, Canada, or Qatar.  Enrollment on Arrival is also available at participating airports.
