The NOAA Seattle Library was established in Building 3 of the NOAA Western Regional Center (WRC) in the Summer of 1983. It is administered along the NOAA Library in Silver Spring, Maryland as part of OAR. Library collections are intended to support NOAA missions and research. It may be used by all NOAA or Cooperative Institute employees and contractors.
