The American Citizen Services (ACS) Unit is open to assist American citizens in case of emergency.

If an American citizen has an emergency, please call + 7 (495) 728-5577.  Outside of Russia: in case of emergency please call +011- 7 (495) 728-5577. These numbers are NOT for visa inquiries. 

The U.S. Consulates General in Yekaterinburg and Vladivostok have suspended services. Please contact the U.S. Embassy in Moscow for any emergency needs.
