Annual Program Statement
The Annual Program Statement is a transparent mechanism for funding activities that support future constructive bilateral relations and reinforce ties between the American and Russian people. This Notice of Funding Opportunity outlines our funding priorities, strategic themes, and the procedure for submitting requests for funding. Competitive proposals should include a connection with American experts, organizations, or institutions that will promote increased cooperation between the people of the United States and Russia even after the program has finished. Applications for programs are accepted on a rolling basis until the deadline (March 31, 2025). The deadline is necessary to provide sufficient time to process and award programs in advance of the end of our fiscal year.

Ambassadors Fund for Cultural Preservation
The U.S. Ambassadors Fund for Cultural Preservation (AFCP) supports the preservation of cultural sites, cultural objects, and forms of traditional cultural expression in more than 100 developing countries around the world. The annual window for applications typically opens in November, and the deadline for proposals is typically in December. Future calls for AFCP proposals will be made on this page.
