CCW Process: The Canyon Lake Police Department will be accepting future CCW license applications from Canyon Lake residents, which are processed through a third-party provider.

Patrol Requests: The Canyon lake Police Department offers an extra patrol request program for our residents and businesses who are in need of additional police presence for a limited time period.  This service is commonly used when residents are away from home, for an extended time or when a business location will be unoccupied for a long period.  The extra patrol request can also be utilized when a residence or business is having ongoing concerns.  Please fill out and submit the form and when staff are available, they will conduct periodic checks of the listed property.   

YANA (Starting soon, stay tuned for further information): We want our elderly, disabled and shut-in residents to know they are never alone. The You Are Not Alone (YANA) program is a free service for people who live within the jurisdiction of the City of Canyon Lake. It offers peace of mind and a sense of security for those who enjoy their independence but have no friends or family to check on them regularly. Residents in the YANA program are able to take care of their own day-to-day needs, but recognize that a medical crisis could render them helpless. The YANA program has been credited with saving the lives of many elderly adults who live alone and have fallen or become sick.
