The State Library supports libraries with state-funded and Library Services and Technology Act-funded grants, statewide subscriptions to electronic resources, and statewide initiatives with partners offering further resources.

Grant Management System

The California State Library uses the grant management system Euna to manage grant applications and awards. For instructions on using the grant management system, Euna:

  • Euna Application Instructions include information on organization accounts, navigating the application, and creating a budget.
  • Euna Account Management Instructions include adding users to your account, assigning security roles, assigning the recipient grant manager, changing the account owner, and how to navigate between organizations as well as accessing the applicant portal.
  • The Euna Award Management Instructions include finding and submitting your narrative and financial reports, submitting amendments, and using tasks and reminders.
