Finalize and sustain planning; obtain the solution; verify operational readiness; verify and validate key work products; plan for in-service management; prepare for the in-service decision; and deploy the solution at all sites.

Who Does It

Service organization or program office supported by key stakeholders, operating service organization, ATO Safety & Technical Training, and AIO Information Technology Program Office.

Who Approves

Program manager makes day-to-day program decisions.

Vice President (ATO) or Director (other LOBs) of the implementing service organization makes the production demonstration and production decisions. (if applicable and not otherwise designated by the JRC)
